Terms of Service 

Thank you for considering to support United Lands through the purchase of a perk! By doing this you agree to the following Terms of Service:

Only purchase a perk if you intend to.

• You understand that transactions are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are having issues with your purchase or would like to dispute it, please email us at unitedlandssmp@gmail.com or open a ticket on Discord before processing a refund or chargeback. Refunds or any similar actions without first contacting us will result in an immediate revoking of your perks and titles and may result in a ban. However, a chargeback will result in a permanent ban. These may both be appealed.

• That you are the legal and authorized account holder. If you are found to be using someone else's account or performing similar illegal actions your perks will be revoked and you will be banned from the Server.

• We reserve the right to revoke and and all perks purchased at any time if necessary. Examples of this include abuse of power, threats to the security of the server or it's players, or used to break the rules.

• Items included in bundles may change. When purchasing a package bundle you agree that you are happy with the items currently included and are not entitled to future modified iterations. 

• You are 18 years of age or older, or have parental/guardian consent from someone who is. If you are under the age of 18, a legal parental or guardian figure may purchase a perk on your behalf. These include, but are not limited to: Parents, carers, siblings or other relatives. 

• Variable donations hold no perks. If you choose to purchase a "Variable Donation" you understand that this is not a perk and strictly an option to give a donation through goodwill alone.

If you do not agree to any of the terms listed above please do not make a purchase. These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made at any date. Failure to comply will result in a permanent ban from all of our services.
